The Parent Association of St. Edward School serves the school community through fundraisers and sponsorship of events that enrich our students' education academically, socially, and spiritually. The funds raised by PASE directly support the school’s budgetary needs.  In addition, PASE acts in an advisory capacity to our Principal and Pastor. All parents and guardians of St. Edward's School students are encouraged to join PASE, attend the monthly meetings-and above all, to get involved in their children's education!

Fundraising Goal

Our 2023-2024 fundraising goal is $100,000. 

Mandatory Dues 

Mandatory PASE Dues are $40 for each family. All families are required to pay the dues for the 2023-2024 school year.  PASE Dues offset the cost of events throughout the year.   

Please submit payment to:
1.  The school office via cash or check made payable to PASE: Attn: Mary Ellen Ragusa, PASE Treasurer in an envelope with your Family name; child's name and grade.

Meetings

PASE Meetings are held one Wednesday a month at 7:00pm (in the school cafeteria and online through Google classroom). Agendas and codes will be sent out the week of the meeting. The following are our meeting dates for the year:
October 19^th, November 16^th, January 11^th, February 8^th, March 15^th, April 19^th, May 17th

Mandatory Volunteer Hours

Number of Hours: 

Nursery and Pre-K are required to volunteer 5 hours per family. 

K-8th grade are required to volunteer 10 hours per family.

Christmas Tree Sale:  All families must do one 3 hour shift at the Christmas Tree Sale.  The Christmas Tree Sale runs from the day after Thanksgiving (Black Friday) through a few days prior to Christmas.  A signup schedule will be available in November.

If you enjoy volunteering, don’t stop at 5 or 10 hours.  There are plenty of opportunities during the year to help.  To sign up for an event or find out more about volunteering, contact PASE at [email protected].  
 

If you are unable to volunteer you can fulfill your commitment by paying $50 per mandatory volunteer hour to PASE.

Virtus Training

Protocol for School Emails & Flyers

Any correspondence to the school community regarding fundraisers and events must be sent to [email protected]. We will obtain the appropriate approval before distribution to classes.  All flyers being put onto the website must be sent in PDF format.
