Erin Mavroudis

My name is Mrs. Erin Mavroudis and this is my seventh year as the general music and choir teacher at St. Edward the Confessor.  I received my Bachelor of Music at SUNY Purchase and I have my Master of Science Degree from St. John's University in Childhood Education 1-6.  I am dual certified in Music K-12 and Childhood Education 1-6.   I have taught at Our Lady of Providence Regional School (now Our Lady of Guadalupe) in Central Islip for eleven years and at Holy Angels Regional School in Patchogue for seven years.  I also teach private lessons for piano and I am active in the Long Island songwriting community.  When I’m not teaching or writing music I’m running after my 6 year old daughter, Anna.
