It is an honor to be teaching Middle School 5th-8th grade Social Studies and 5th grade religion at St. Edward the Confessor School. I began my career here 19 years ago teaching First and Second Grades as well as Middle School English, Religion and Social Studies. Time flies when you are doing something that you love--and I love teaching!
I earned a Masters in Communication Arts from Fordham University and a Master of Science in Elementary Education from Molloy College where I also received a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts with a minor in Psychology. Prior to teaching, I owned a family run Insurance Agency In Farmingdale and worked in sales and management.
I began the Extended Care Program at St. Edward’s 18 years ago. I am presently the Moderator and care for approximately 30 students from our school providing a safe environment for them to play, do their homework, and participate in organizing activities.
My family keeps me very busy! My husband and I have 26 year old boy/girl twins who live at home and are both working in their chosen career fields.
I am blessed to be teaching at St. Edward’s and doing something that I love. I enjoy learning right along with my precious students while they amaze me with their talents!
